Aurochs announces a strategic agreement with leading biotechnology firm to improve productivity and sales effectiveness of their commercial teams in Europe

June 03, 2021 – PUNE, India – Aurochs, a professional services firm that provides cloud platforms, information management solutions, and advanced analytics for the life sciences industry, is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with a leading biotechnology firm to provide end-to-end Incentive Compensation services to their European commercial teams for both their pre-launch and post-launch periods. As part of the agreement, Aurochs will replace their currently localized incentives & bonus systems and implement a highly nimble solution to account for variations in round-the-year changes in market-level Incentive plans. A total of 11 markets will be deployed on AurochsTM Incentive Manager, Field Reporting Engine, and MBO Manager modules. 4 out of these 11 markets are already live on the platform today.

Aurochs services team will also be providing operational support empowering the client to focus their efforts on key launch and business growth metrics. With a focus on driving field force effectiveness, the client team aims to standardize on a modern, easy-to-use secure cloud platform that allows them to standardize incentive plans across markets while allowing for local exceptions. It will also allow regional HQ to compare performance across markets and identify any performance deviations proactively.
